Deze SOPHIOR messenset bevat drie messen: het koksmes van 21 cm, het santoku van 19 cm en het broodmes van 22 cm. Alle drie zijn gemaakt van Duits 1.4116 roestvast staal, gesmeed uit één stuk en geslepen op 15° per zijde. Het koksmes doet het zware dagelijkse werk. Het santoku is je precisemes voor groenten, vis en fijnsnijwerk. Het broodmes snijdt moeiteloos door harde korsten. Drie messen met drie duidelijk verschillende functies die samen vrijwel elke bereiding in de keuken dekken.

Alle drie de messen hebben een FSC-gecertificeerd walnoothouten handvat van identieke afwerking. De set weegt samen 580 gram en wordt geleverd in een luxe geschenkdoos.
