De Tète wijnen zijn vriendenwijnen: 4 wijnboeren (Philippe, Nicolas, Baptiste en Vivian) maken ieder onder eigen naam wijn en voor dit project brengen ze ieder een kwart van de wijn in. 

Verschillende kleine plotjes, allen minder dan 1 hectare groot. Verschillende ondergronden van klei-leem met vuursteen, zandige bodem op vuursteenkleien schistes. 

Het familiedomein Domaine Grosbois ligt in de wijnstreek Chinon, in het hart van de Loire vallei. De wijnkelder is een oude, tot wijnhuis omgebouwde boerderij uit de 15e eeuw. Het domein zelf telt in totaal 12 hectare op de hoge flanken van Panzoult in Chinon. Eigenaar Nicolas werkte al jaren biologisch en is nu 100% biodynamisch (DEMETER-gecertificeerd). De wijnstokken zijn 40 jaar oud en hebben een rendement van 35 hectoliter per hectare.
