Assaggio che poggia su una viva acidità e sorprende in termini di persistenza.Il Maremma Toscana Vermentino DOC “Balbinvs” 2018 di Terenzi nasce da un vigneto caratterizzato da un’importante ricchezza di calcare. La fermentazione è svolta in acciaio a temperatura controllata ed è seguita da un’affinamento per una parte nei medesimi contenitori, per l’altra in ceramica. Un bianco profumato e piacevolmente fresco, che porta nel calice l’essenza del territorio.

Horrible! Do no recommend. The container is super small and it doesn’t spray well. It literally falls in clumps and is very wasteful. I would have returned it had I not been in a hurry and needed something quick for dance recital weekend.

This dries quickly and looks very pretty, but beware the application process is iffy- I get glitter bombed every time I pick this up. It could be operator error- but I can’t control the application at all.
