Op de oeroude begraafplaats Cloon na Morav – de Dodenakker – mag niet iedereen worden begraven. In het kleine Ierse dorp is dit privilege alleen aan de oudere families en clans vergund. En daarvan zal binnenkort niemand meer in leven zijn. Mortimer Hehir, de wever die pas gestorven is, hoort tot een van die clans. Maar het graf van zijn clan is niet zomaar te vinden. Cloon na Morav is een doolhof van door donkergroene korstmossen bedekte, afgebroken zerken. Hier bestaat geen pad, geen plattegrond of register en geen enkel grafschrift is compleet. Zijn weduwe weet niet waar ze haar man moet begraven. Alleen twee bejaarde mannen, Meehaul Lynskey de spijkerslager en Cahir Bowes de steenbikker, kunnen die plek misschien vinden. In hun gezelschap en samen met twee jonge grafdelvers gaat de weduwe van de wever de begraafplaats op. Maar de zoektocht blijkt niet eenvoudig. Met elke mislukte poging raken de twee oude mannen verder verstrikt in gebakkelei over wie de geschiedenis van Cloon na Morav – en dus van zijn bewoners – het beste kent. Het graf van de wever is een poëtisch en tragikomisch verhaal dat in zwarte humor niet onderdoet voor het werk van Samuel Beckett en Flann O’Brien.Shipping Notes

Makes skin smooth

This is the only body wash I will now use. I have actually gifted it to people because they whine about needing their bath and bodywork’s shower gel and once they use this are like wow! This really does make your skin super soft. It has a clean scent but if you have a shower gel smell you love you can do a little squirt of it with this like my mom does and it still works well.
