Gebruik
Vouwtechnieken Menstruatiecup
De 4 bekendste vouwtechnieken zijn:
Hartplooi: druk de menstruatiecup plat en vouw beide zijden naar elkaar toe.
Halvemaan vouwen: Druk met uw duim tegelijkertijd naar binnen en naar beneden op de rand van de menstruatiecup. Bij deze vouwtechniek blijft er veel lucht in de beker, waardoor deze zich na het inbrengen beter kan ontvouwen.
Knikvouw: druk de menstruatiecup plat en duw een kant diagonaal naar beneden.
S-vouw: druk de menstruatiecup plat en vouw de twee uiteinden samen in een zigzag zodat de voltooide vorm lijkt op de letter S.
We raden aan de cup 2-6 keer per dag te legen, afhankelijk van jouw menstruatie. Leeg de cup minstens 1 keer per 12 uur. Je kan de cup elke dag van je menstruatie gebruiken, ook ’s nachts. Voor extra bescherming kan je gebruik maken van maandverband of inlegkruisjes.

The Only Thing He Hasn't TOTALLY Destroyed

I've spent my hard earned money on SOOOO many "indestructible " toys. This one is actually pretty good. It has a duck sound inside for when the pet rolls the ball to get the treats. I didn't use it for the treats. I gave this toy 4-stars because my dog broke the sound box while chewing it. We pulled the pieces out and he LOVES it. Great for play,and comfort. Sometimes, he sleeps with it. I guess you could say it's his favorite 😍.

Great for chewers!

We have a super high energy one year old pup who destroys practically every toy she gets. This one is excellent! It makes a fun but not annoying sound and she hasn’t been able to destroy it yet. The test hole is a fun addition to keep her busy.
