Chiude con un bel ritorno sul frutto per un finale molto pulito.Tra i più interessanti Nerello Mascalese d'annata, il Gaio Gaio rappresenta perfettamente tutta la generosità mediterranea che questo vino è in grado di esprimere anche nelle sue interpretazioni più semplici ed immediate. Proveniente da vigne giovani appena impiantate in contrada Calderara in parte a piede franco, è vino di particolare freschezza, lungo ed equilibrato, naturalmente fruttato.
A tutto pasto, il Gaio Gaio di Calabretta ben si abbina a secondi piatti a base di carne, tanto alla brace quanto arrosto.
