- Max. 60 mg per dag.
Dosisaanpassingen
BIJ NIERINSUFFICIËNTIE
- Bij personen met nierfunctiestoornissen moet de dosis gehalveerd te worden.
Dosisaanpassingen zijn eveneens aangewezen bij bejaarden en bij patiënten met leverinsufficiëntie.
