Dopo la raccolta manuale, le uve vengono pressate in modo soffice per estrarre solo il mosto
Colore giallo paglierino. Al naso ha profumi intensi fruttati, in particolare di pesca albicocca, pompelmo e agrumi, con sentori di mandorla. Al palato i delicati e freschi aromi fruttati sono ben sostenuti dallacidità.Il pigato è un vitigno a bacca bianca autoctono della Liguria, che dona vini eleganti, particolarmente adatti alla cucina di mare del territorio. Dopo la raccolta manuale, le uve vengono pressate in modo soffice per estrarre solo il mosto fiore. Prima di procedere alla vinificazione, una parte delluva viene fatta macerare con neve carbonica per qualche ora. La fermentazione avviene a temperatura controllata di 16-18°C in vasche dacciaio inox e condotta con lieviti selezionati. Dopo un breve affinamento in acciaio, il vino viene imbottigliato nella primavera successiva alla vendemmia.
Il Riviera Ligure di Ponente Pigato DOC di Maixei è il classico vino da menù di pesce. Grazie alla sua elegante freschezza, accompagna benissimo sia primi piatti di mare che pesce al forno o alla griglia.

UGH SO GOOD!!!

Such a good book! The way the story is written and how the characters are portrayed leaves you wanting more! A tad bit of a slow burn but so so good and worth the wait! Personally I bought both the book and audio book because I couldn't put it down! This book had me (A man) kicking my feet like a little girl and holding back tears throughout the story. I just love love and this story is just so beautifully written!

Slow burn with a sprinkle of fantasy.

It was alright. Written well. Story was decent. But it just lacked something.
It's the slowest burn I've ever read, which is fine.
I felt like the knight (main character) was kind of weak and whiney… And I expected the strength of a knight!
The first chapter is filled with a lot of background information, but then it's like the story doesn't really reference it again. I would have liked a bit more information that first chapter before just heading right into the story in chapter 2.
Things could have been explained more in general. There could have been a lot more detail and explanation abiut the fantasy side of the book. It was just like a straight romance with a sprinkle of fantasy.
Overall, it was decent, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to someone unless they asked specifically for a slow burn with a little bit of fantasy.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

A Forbidden Romance With Teeth
Format: Paperback
First off: I loved the couple. Della, our acting princess, and her sharp wit and determination to survive were a refreshing change from the damsel type princess. Galeon was a woman of honour and yet so head over heels with the fake princess that she can't keep away.
Birch does a great job of building a magical world and drawing you into it so that you kept turning pages until the end. And that page-turning was also spurred by the slow burn will-they-won't-they romance between the heroines who had much to lose if they crossed the line. I've purchased all three novels and will review Her Blushing Hero just as soon as I've finished.
