Belangrijkste werkstoffen

  • Kurkuma: Krachtige antioxidant die de huid zichtbaar verheldert en wallen vermindert
  • Citrien Edelstenen: Steen van licht en geluk die de geest en het lichaam helpt om zich opgeladen, gemotiveerd en energiek te voelen
  • Paprika: Stimuleert de huid waardoor deze zacht en stralend blijft
  • Zeoliet: Exfolieert diep; geeft energie af bij contact met water waardoor de huid warm en verkwikt aanvoelt; verbetert de huid door deze egaler en strakker te maken; egaliseert de teint
  • Kaolin Klei: Reinigt en verzacht de huid diep, trekt voorzichtig onzuiverheden weg zonder vocht van de huid te verwijderen

Gebruiksaanwijzing

Doe een kleine hoeveelheid van het product (ongeveer 1 theelepel) in de buitenste dop. Roer geleidelijk een aantal druppels water erdoor tot je een opgeklopte mousse krijgt; de aanbevolen verhouding is 4 delen poeder op 3 delen water. Breng een dunne laag van het product aan op het gezicht, de nek en het decolleté en laat het intrekken voor 10 tot 30 minuten. Spoel af met lauw water en masseer zacht om te scrubben. Een warm, tintelend gevoel voor enkele minuten is een normale reactie op dit product, voor een mildere stimulatie is het mogelijk om te verdunnen met meer water. Het product wordt geactiveerd door water, het tintelende gevoel zal dus na een tijdje verdwijnen maar tijdens het reinigen met water weer opspelen. Het gebruik van stomen, warme handdoeken of warm water zal de intensiteit van de hitte verminderen.

Wonderful, but also couldn't stand up to the funk

This was my first time using this brand and I used it faithfully for about 9 months. I've been using more natural and aluminum-free deodorants for several years now. I have sensitive underarms so I stay away from "clinical strength" or a lot of chemicals. I've tried both ladies' and men's brands (I'm a woman) and they only seem to work for a little while before they completely stop working and I have to switch to something new (or back to an old one). I decided to give this one a try after seeing it pop up on Amazon a lot and also because the one I was using isn't sold in stores and would sometimes take a week or more to get to me. My first impression of this deodorant was that I like the compact, round packaging and how easy it is to use (the bottom twists very smoothly). Secondly, IT SMELLS AMAZING. Black rose and Oud is such a delicious scent - lightly floral, sweet, a little powdery, and a little musky. Every time I applied it, I kept falling more in love with the scent. And it also applied to my underarms very smoothly and without any pulling or roughness. It's worth noting that I started using this deodorant during a heat wave; we had about three weeks of temperatures between 90-100 degrees F with 75-95% humidity. Surprise surprise, this deodorant held up! Mind you, it's deodorant and not antiperspirant, so, yes, I did sweat, but, no, I did not smell. I applied it once a day (or the night before) and had no issues. This deodorant also held up exceptionally when I was exercising and it did not leave me smelling bad at all after workouts. Now, where this deodorant DID NOT HOLD UP is when it came to hormone changes and (emotional) stress. Whenever that time of the month came around, the deodorant significantly weakened and I had to apply it again during the day. For me, that's actually normal and I pretty much have that happen with any deodorant. It's performance during stress was pretty terrible though. I went through a few months of intense mental/emotional stress and this deodorant completely failed me. The second I got anxious or stressed out, my armpits would start to pool and turn into a swampy mess and I would immediately smell terrible. Not once did the deodorant hold up to my stress sweat or funk, which was very disappointing since I liked it very much outside of that one issue. I ended up just throwing it away (since I wasn't sure when the stress would stop) and going back to my previous deodorant that worked wonderfully, now sells on Amazon, and I highly recommend: Kosas! It is pricey like this one, but the main selling point for me is that it contains AHA and BHAs that stop the funk and also brighten (and keep bright) the underarm area. It also neutralizes razor burn.
