Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini alla vista. Le note di fiori gialli e di frutta a polpa gialla, sono seguite da ricordi minerali e idrocarburici. Il sorso è croccante e fresco, coerente con il naso, scorrevole e di buona persistenza.

Fermenta spontaneamente in acciaio per poi riposare sempre in acciaio, per sei mesi sulle fecce fini. Si completa con due mesi di riposo in bottiglia. Nasce in questa maniera il Langhe Riesling DOC “Era Ora” prodotto dalla cantina Borgogno. È un Riesling verticale, fresco e scorrevole, ottimo per essere abbinato a piatti a base di pesce, ma perfetto anche con le portate speziate della cucina indiana e mediorientale.

Da scegliere insieme alla cucina a base di pesce, è perfetto insieme alle pennette con il salmone affumicato.
