Voorbehandeling
  • Ondergrond moet schoon, droog en vetvrij zijn, eventueel ontvetten met GLOBACLEAN
  • Waar nodig plamuren
  • Gladde ondergronden opschuren
  • Kaal gekomen delen/onderdelen vooraf behandelen met BASECOAT
  • Moeilijk hechtende ondergronden voorbehandelen met AQUATURA MULTIPRIMER
  • Staalwerk ontroesten en gronden met UNIPRIMER
Nabehandeling
  • Na deze voorbehandeling afwerken met SPU GLOSS 2010
  • Tussen de lagen matteren met schuurpad in plaats van schuren
Droging
  • na ca. 2 uur stofdroog
  • na ca. 6 uur kleefvrij
  • na ca. 24 uur overschilderbaar

Droogtijden zijn bepaald bij 75 µm laagdikte, bij dikkere lagen kunnen deze afwijken en is het mogelijk dat de overschilderbaarheids tijd toeneemt tot meer dan 24 uur.
Verwerkingscondities Optimaal > 10° en r.v. < 75%.
Verdunning Product is gebruiksklaar; verdunnen met terpentine indien wenselijk.

Great at Protecting Cigars under 6 Inches in Length

Solid and well made cigar holder. It has a built-in punch cutter, but I found it to be way too big and dull on top of that. Both ends unscrew and can be used as a cigar rest if you don't have an ash tray handy. It definitely will not fit any cigar over 6 inches in length. It looks really nice and definitely provides protection for the cigar. The claim that it has one end to use as an ashtray is ridiculous, so bring an ashtray as this will not work for that. It is a cigar holder with a rest and nothing more. Bring along a proper cutter and an ashtray and you will be happy. I deducted one star for the poor punch cutter and the ashtray claim.

This is a bit of a statement piece. It appears to be machined out of a solid piece of metal. Gold toned, it shows you have arrived. It is a bit weighty. It can hold a large ring cigar; a Robusto would be no problem. A Churchill would be too long. It does the job. It comes with a dropper for the distilled water and some Ziploc type bags (not sure why they are included). It's worth the selling price of $8.90 . Great as a gift as well.
