Barrel Aged Bianca Space Jam van Omnipollo is allesbehalve een standaard bier. Deze Zweedse gekken weten al jaren de grens tussen bier en dessert compleet te slopen — en deze barrel aged versie tilt dat concept nóg een niveau hoger.

Deze dikke Barrel Aged Lassi Gose van 14,5% heeft maanden gerijpt op bourbonvaten, waardoor het bier voller, warmer en complexer wordt zonder het speelse karakter van Bianca kwijt te raken. Verwacht een explosie van bessen, romige fruitigheid en die typische Space Jam vibes, maar nu met lagen van bourbon, vanille en hout erdoorheen verweven.
