De Siebe lichtbruine oplaadbare tafellamp van Tavellio Amsterdam heeft een zachte, natuurlijke uitstraling met een subtiel grafisch detail. De lamp combineert een lichtbruine houten basis met verticale ribbelstructuur en een brede, afgeronde glazen kap die het licht warm en diffuus verspreidt.

Door de lage, bolle kap voelt de Siebe rustig en sfeervol aan. De geribbelde houten voet geeft het ontwerp net wat meer textuur en karakter, zonder dat de lamp druk wordt. Dankzij het draadloze en oplaadbare ontwerp kun je de lamp makkelijk verplaatsen. Mooi op een nachtkastje, dressoir, lage kast, sidetable of bijzettafel.

De geïntegreerde LED-lichtbron biedt keuze uit drie lichtkleuren, van warm kaarslicht tot helderder functioneel licht. Via de touchfunctie zet je de lamp eenvoudig aan of uit en pas je ook de lichtintensiteit aan.

De ingebouwde batterij heeft een brandduur van ongeveer 10 tot 100 uur, afhankelijk van de gekozen lichtsterkte. Op volle helderheid geeft de lamp circa 10 uur licht, in de meest gedimde stand kan dit oplopen tot 100 uur. Opladen gaat eenvoudig met de meegeleverde USB-C-kabel.

Can't hurt him

I've had many conversations with different people about Goggins, and I would have to say it's been a near 50|50 split of people supporting him and people having issues with him. Here I will address the motivational aspect of the book: The transformation Goggins went through from his lowest of low points to his highs are extremely admirable. He had a rough start and numerous setbacks that would've been a decent reason to keep his way of life as it was, but he felt stagnant. So he decided to change it but going after one of the hardest things you can do- prepping for Seal training. Here I will address the methodology of his motivation: In short, to become a Seal isn't a mere accident. It is 100% intentful. 100% a team required feat and effort. In some instances of the book, Goggins mentions he struggled with some of his peers, maybe even head-butting ideology where he may have gone solo on some things or didn't quite agree with how a team was being run. He has his own self reflections on this various incidents. However, what I would like to note is that the self-reflection exists (*I listened to the audiobook as well which offered other insight not part of the book). I believe if you take what is necessary from the book: the motivation, the coaching, the curiosity or whatever you can get get out of the book that is a positive influence then that's great! There are plenty of people who do not like Goggins and because of that bias, they don't give credit to the content of his book. I would say, be an educated reader/consumer. There is always something to be learned/gained from other people's lives and experiences.
