Individuele stukken leer worden met de hand aan elkaar gestikt. De leren poef wordt vervolgens in de zon gelegd en geolied om de mooie gebruinde kleur te krijgen, of met de hand geverfd tot een op maat gemaakt kleurenpalet met behulp van natuurlijke, plantaardige materialen. Ze worden van begin tot eind volledig met de hand gemaakt, met dezelfde traditionele technieken die tientallen jaren meegaan.
