Nature is not the only one responsible on this great terroir of the Margaux appellation: barely 36% of the harvest (31% at bottling) went into the first wine: a ruthless selection for such a great vintage. . But in 2009, she really outdid herself by allowing grapes from the greatest terroirs to achieve an exceptional level of concentration, finesse, balance and freshness.
