Al naso si avvertono profumi di rosa essiccata, note di marasca, ribes, tocchi balsamici e chinati; al sorso è cremoso, invitante, fresco e leggermente sapido.Prodotto da Cantina della Volta, "Trentasei" è uno spumante Metodo Classico ottenuto dalla selezione delle migliori uvedi Sorbara, raccolte esclusivamente a mano. In seguito alla prima fermentazione alcolica e all'aggiunta dei lieviti selezionati, avviene la seconda fermentazione, che prevede una sosta sui lieviti di 36 mesi. Il risultato è uno spumante Brut estremamente piacevole, che esalta le caratteristiche varietali delle uve lambrusco.
