Persistente e secco sul finale.Da uno dei più grandi terroir di Borgogna, il Puligny Montrachet di Louis Latour è un ottimo esempio di territorialità. Fermentato in botti di rovere, affina sui lieviti per diversi mesi. Il vino è di struttura e la sapidità che sprigiona gli permette una sosta lunga e piacevole in bocca. Un sapore tradizionale e di grande stile.
Per struttura e sapidità lo vediamo bene con un trancio di spada cotto alla griglia.

I have them in black and white. I use them everyday in all shoes. These are very versatile and a great quality material. They take a looong time to wear and they stay in place.
