De ELGA CROMATIG 316LSi TIG-staven 3.2 mm met een lengte van 1000 mm, verpakt in een 5 kg koker, zijn hoogwaardige TIG-lasstaven voor austenitisch roestvast staal type 316 en 316L. Deze uitvoering is speciaal bedoeld voor zwaarder RVS-laswerk, waar hogere stroomsterktes, extra opvulling en maximale betrouwbaarheid vereist zijn.


Dankzij de lage koolstofinhoud (L) wordt het risico op interkristallijne corrosie geminimaliseerd, terwijl het verhoogde siliciumgehalte (Si) zorgt voor een betere vloeibaarheid van het smeltbad en strak uitvloeiende lasrupsen. Dit resulteert in mooie, gelijkmatige lassen met uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid, zelfs bij veeleisende industriële toepassingen.


De 3.2 mm diameter is ideaal voor dikwandig RVS, zware constructies en leidingwerk, terwijl de 1000 mm lengte zorgt voor comfortabel werken en een constante toevoer tijdens het lassen.

I almost never write reviews, but for a random brand amazon product, this is high quality. I have a very tall shower so was struggling to find anything locally and ended up buying this. After a year of use, this left an area exposed to water, shower products etc. and it got pretty grimey. I was thinking I'd need to replace it but decided to try and bleach the bejeezus out of it and then let it sit in hot soapy dr bronners water. Now it's basically good as new. Idk if you could throw it in a washer, I personally wouldn't but this worked great. I respect a cheap product that does it's job, looks good, and cleans easily. You do need an inner liner though unless you're ready to bleach it frequently. Or you don't care about stains at all, that's your prerogative.
