Deze stabiele vlakke Gyronetics halterbank is uitermate geschikt voor het bankdrukken, ook met small grip. Dus geschikt voor het trainen van de borstspieren en triceps maar ook voor buikspieren en de schouders. De maximale belasting van de haltersteunen is 100kg en de maximale belasting van de bank is 200kg. 

 

Bankdrukken is dé manier om spiermassa te kweken. Helaas weten de meeste bezoekers van de sportschool dit, hierdoor moet je vaak lang wachten voordat er een halterbank vrij is. De oplossing: je haalt gewoon je eigen halterbank in huis. Dit apparaat is voor gebruik thuis, voor de beginnende tot semi-fanatieke krachtsporter. 

 
Dit Old School model halterbank kan belast worden tot 100 kg. Daarmee is dit een ideale halterbank voor iedereen die graag thuis effectief de borstspieren wil trainen. Maar dat is niet alles, op deze halterbank kun je uiteraard ook de triceps aan bod laten komen. De beste manier om op je triceps te focussen is door 'smal' te bankdrukken.
