Rosso rubino chiaro, al naso esprime un profumo fiorito e delicato, con caratteristiche sensazioni di rosa. Al palato è molto fresco e speziato, sottile e lungo, in chiusura richiama una certa florealità.ll Grignolino è uno dei vini più caratteristici del Piemonte. Un rosso fresco e delicato, che presso la tenuta di Giacomo Bologna nasce in un terreno molto ricco in argilla e limo (da cui il nome del vigneto e di conseguenza del vino), caratteristiche che portano ad una maggiore polposità e croccantezza rispetto alla media. Il Grignolino D'Asti DOC “Limonte” di Braida di Giacomo Bologna è un rosso che rimane in acciaio per circa 4 mesi, cui segue un breve affinamento in bottiglia e che nel bicchiere si svela con un’inaspettata traccia fruttata, morbida e suadente.
A tutto pasto, si abbina ad antipasti, minestre in brodo e pesce.

Very well built.
Well build. Very solid for the price. I used #1 AWG cable. I don't like the pinch bolt connection. It tries to drill through the cable, and spreads the strands. Only about 2/3rds are pinched under the knurled bolt tip. I'll keep an eye on it, and if the connection heats up, I'll pull apart, straighten the strands, and tin the ends with solder so they don't crush much. See how that works. A concave, half circle piece under the pinch bolt would be better IMO. That would keep strands together as they crushed down.
