Druif en vinificatie

Dolcetto – Langhe, Piemonte
Dolcetto is een traditionele Piemontese druif die bekendstaat om zijn diepe kleur, fruitige karakter en soepele tannines.

De fermentatie vindt plaats met gecontroleerde extractie om kleur en fruit te behouden. De rijping gebeurt doorgaans in roestvrijstalen tanks of neutrale vaten om het primaire karakter van de druif centraal te stellen en de wijn fris en toegankelijk te houden.

Karakter en stijl

In het glas toont deze Dolcetto d’Alba een diepe robijnrode kleur. Typische aroma’s zijn donker fruit, amandel en lichte kruidigheid. De tannines zijn zacht en de structuur is evenwichtig, waardoor de wijn geschikt is om relatief jong te drinken.

Serveer rond 16–18 °C om fruit en balans optimaal te ervaren.
