Het T 345 XF Progressor for Wood and Metal decoupeerzaagblad biedt snelle en rechte zaagsneden in dun en dik hout met metaal. De tandgeometrie met een steeds groter wordende tandafstand maakt werken op materialen met uiteenlopende dichtheden mogelijk. Bovendien zijn de gefreesde, gezette tanden ontworpen voor snelle zaagsneden. De volledig geharde HSS (high-speed steel) vertanding van BIM (bimetaal) zit vast aan een zeer elastisch HCS (high carbon steel) lichaam dat het blad geschikt maakt voor het zagen door hout met metaal en stalen componenten van een standaardsterkte. Het blad heeft een grote progressieve tandafstand (2,4 - 5mm) en lange lengte (132mm) en zaagt door diverse soorten hout met metaal van maximaal 65mm dik, bijv. zachte spijkers, schroeven en zachte bevestigingsmaterialen.

In depth and easy to understand

I am an active investor and have read quite a few books on a variety of investing and real estate topics. Accordingly I mostly skim new books and try to strengthen concepts I am already mostly comfortable with. I previously had difficulty grasping irr, npv, and dcf, and this book explained these thoroughly, simply, and with examples that will allow me to use these tools to make better investing decisions. I think this book will offer great value to those just getting started and those at a more advanced level alike.

I now have a new favorite real estate investing book. Real Estate by the Numbers has now been added to my permanent investing collection of must-reads. I bought Frank's book, similar topic, 20 years ago as I began my then "casual" interest in investing. I find J & Dave's book more accessible with anecdotal stories that help deliver the content in an easy-to-grasp style for both newcomers and existing real estate pros alike. Know anybody seeking financial freedom through real estate investing? Buy them a copy of J &Dave's new book (or both)!
