De JDS Labs Atom Amp 2 is ontworpen voor luisteraars die meer eisen van hun hoofdtelefoonversterker. Als opvolger van de Atom Amp+ introduceert deze tweede generatie een strak aluminium chassis met een ergonomische metalen knop, twee hoofdtelefoonuitgangen (4.4mm en 6.35mm) en robuuste DC-bescherming. In het hart van de Atom Amp 2 werken octo-buffers die meer dan 2600mW (2.6W) per kanaal leveren, volledig schoon en zonder vervorming—en dat met een uitzonderlijk laag ruisniveau. Met frontbediening, handgeselecteerde potentiometers en ondersteuning voor gepersonaliseerde gravures is de Atom Amp 2 de ultieme versterker voor dagelijks gebruik.

Metalen Behuizing

De Atom Amp 2 is gehuisvest in een duurzaam, geanodiseerd aluminium chassis dat kracht en elegantie combineert. De textuur van de metalen knop biedt een betere grip en de behuizing kan worden gepersonaliseerd met gratis lasergravure, zodat gebruikers tekst of artwork naar keuze kunnen toevoegen.

Hoewel de meeste hoofdtelefoons slechts milliwatts vereisen, levert de octo-buffer van de Atom Amp 2 meer dan 2.6W per kanaal, waardoor hij moeiteloos gevoelige IEMs én veeleisende full-size hoofdtelefoons kan aandrijven.

Dubbele Ingangen, Dubbele Uitgangen

De Atom Amp 2 fungeert als zowel versterker als voorversterker en biedt plaats voor twee bronnen, eenvoudig te wisselen tussen 3.5mm en RCA-ingangen via een druk op de knop. Op het frontpaneel bevinden zich zowel 6.35mm als 4.4mm hoofdtelefoonuitgangen voor maximale flexibiliteit.

Voorversterkeruitgangen

Wanneer de hoofdtelefoon wordt losgekoppeld, schakelt de volumeknop automatisch naar de RCA-voorversterkeruitgangen, zodat het volume van actieve luidsprekers eenvoudig kan worden geregeld.

Dubbele Gain-instellingen

De Atom Amp 2 biedt een lage gain van 1.0x—precies afgesteld met handgeselecteerde potentiometers—voor efficiënte IEMs, terwijl de hoge gain moeiteloos veeleisende hoofdtelefoons aandrijft, vooral in combinatie met de 2 VRMS Atom DAC 2.
