‘Pinot Noir’ is een blauwe druivenras waarmee voornamelijk rode wijn wordt gemaakt. De smaak van Pinot Noir is enorm divers. Maar algemeen gezegd geeft Pinot Noir een lichte tot medium body met kersen, framboos en aardbei en vaak wat aardse, soms kruidige geuren en smaken. Vitis Pixie Grape is een dwergdruif die kleine trossen druiven produceert, een gemiddelde tros is 10 cm groot. De Pixie Grape is een van nature voorkomende mutant van Vitus Vinifera 'Pinot Meunier', een druivensoort die wordt gebruikt om wijn en champagne te produceren. In tegenstelling tot traditionele wijnstokken waarbij het tot drie jaar kan duren om druiven te produceren, begint de Pixie-druif in het eerste jaar al de kleine druiven te produceren. De druif heeft doordat hij compact is een unieke uitstraling en is extra leuk voor de wijnliefhebber.
