Fris en levendig aroma van hoogwaardig Yoshino cederhout met smaaktoetsen van abrikozen, gedroogd fruit en honing. Voor deze whisky werd zorgvuldig geselecteerde 5 jaar oude Schotse malt whisky gedurende ongeveer 2 maanden gerijpt in Yoshino-ceder ‘taru’ vaten van 72 liter, voorheen gebruikt door de wereldberoemde Kikumasamune
sake brouwerij (°1659) in het Nada district aan de voet van Mount Rokko.

Om de delicate smaken van de in kimoto-stijl geproduceerde traditionele sake te behouden, wordt deze unieke whisky niet gekoeld gefilterd en uitsluitend op vatsterkte (58,0%) uitgebracht.
