De Lupara is meer dan geschikt voor het vangen van grotere soorten zoals kabeljauw op schone of gemengde stranden. De Lupara is uitgerust met SiC Low Rider-geleide ogen die heel goed werken met de nylon lijnen of gevlochten met een lage diameter die veel vissers verkiezen voor het werpen van langere afstanden.
