Poiscaille, your reference for exceptional fresh fish, and Pépin, creator of natural wines, have united their talents to give birth to THE exclusive vintage. Selected and assembled with care by Charles de Poiscaille, each juice of this wine has been designed to seduce demanding amateurs.

The result? A unique blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Riesling, which perfectly embodies the Poiscaille x Pépin spirit: fresh, mineral, and intensely aromatic, it goes wonderfully with fish and seafood.

Alc. 11% vol

Certified organic agriculture, harvest by hand, low intervention winemaking in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts and no sulfites added, no fining, no filtering.

Made from grapes sourced from independent farmers and wine makers by Pépin, a negociant project for natural wines by Domaine Achillée (Alsace) and Duo Oenologie.
