Afkomstig van de wijngaarden in La Seca. De bodem bevat veel kalk en klei. De Sauvignon Blanc-druiven worden op twee verschillende momenten geplukt, met verschillende rijpheid, om daarmee een gebalanceerde blend te kunnen maken.

De gisting vindt plaats in RVS tanks op een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 15-17 graden. Daarna rijpt de wijn nog 2 tot 3 maanden op de gistcellen om de wijn extra complexiteit en rodigheid te geven.

I had to goto Epson and download a current print driver to get all the print properties and printer settings I needed. Was easy. After I installed the 2nd driver and saw it worked better, then I uninstalled the 1st epson driver. Helped allow for 8.5 x 14 page size and high quality. Just a few options needed that were not showing on the original print driver. Took me a few days to figure out what was going on. It helped with the quality of the prints after I got the better driver. So the end product is better also.
