Stackable capsules with clinically dosed S7™ for real pump support.

Alpha Lion Gains Candy S7 keeps it simple as a stackable nitric oxide booster in capsule form. Nitric oxide is what helps widen your blood vessels for better flow. This isn't a full pre-workout—it's just for boosting pumps and blood flow without stimulants or big powder scoops. Use it with other stuff or on days you want that flow without caffeine.

The star here is 50mg S7™, matching the dose in the studies. That's key. S7™ is a patented mix of seven plants that ramps up your body's own nitric oxide differently from stuff like citrulline or nitrates. It cuts down on reactive oxygen species—those are harmful molecules that break down nitric oxide—so NO sticks around longer. That means better vessel widening, circulation, oxygen to muscles, and that pump you can see and feel. The research is still growing and mostly from the makers, so it's not as proven as big names like citrulline malate. But the main study showed a 230% jump in nitric oxide from one 50mg dose in a double-blind setup, and a 90-day trial found lasting NO boosts with less reactive oxygen species. For a tiny 50mg in a capsule, that's the win: effective at low doses.

Then there's 25mg AstraGin® from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng. Think of it as an absorption helper. Lab tests show it boosts gut transporters, making it easier for your body to take in amino acids, peptides, fatty acids, vit

A Lion Gains Candy S7 by Alpha Lion contains 100mg S7™ (Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 50mg S7™ per capsule—that's the exact dose from the human studies. It's important because the big 230% nitric oxide boost came from this amount in one key trial.
  • Patented S7™ for nitric oxide—it's a special seven-plant mix, not some random herbs, made to amp up your body's NO without nitrates. It works by knocking down reactive oxygen species that wreck nitric oxide, so the good stuff lasts longer.
  • No stimulants at all—no caffeine or weird energy boosters. Perfect for late workouts, folks sensitive to stims, or anyone wanting pumps without messing with sleep or piling on CNS stress.
  • 25mg AstraGin® to help with absorption by boosting gut transporters. It's under the usual 50mg, but it fits this stackable capsule meant to team up with other supps.
  • Easy capsule form instead of big powder doses—one pill gets you the key actives without shakers or flavors. Great if you travel or your supp lineup is already packed.
  • Focuses on your body's own nitric oxide support—S7™ skips the heavy amino loads and protects NO from breaking down, different from citrulline or nitrate formulas.
  • Stacks great with citrulline and glycerol—S7™ plays well with them, making this awesome to add to a pump pre for extra blood flow and hydration without overlap.
  • Backed by longer-term research—beyond quick effects, there's a 90-day study showing steady NO levels and less reactive oxygen species, making it solid for everyday use.

A Lion Gains Candy S7 by Alpha Lion contains 100mg S7™ (Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders chasing pumps, solid contractions, and that full look over just stim hype. The 50mg S7™ dose from studies fits chest, shoulders, arms, and legs where flow and veins make workouts better.
  • Night owls wanting stronger sessions without caffeine killing sleep. It's stim-free on purpose, perfect for late training without jacking up heart rate or recovery.
  • Folks with a pre already but needing more pump without extra stims. Capsule makes it easy to add S7™ while AstraGin® helps absorb other stuff you take.
  • Guys who hate big powders or bloat from loaded pumps. One capsule delivers the researched S7™ dose for a simple, clean NO boost.
  • Lifters in high-volume phases where flow and oxygen matter as sets pile up. S7™ amps endogenous NO and cuts breakdown, matching tough bodybuilding work.
  • Travelers or busy folks needing portable dosing. Capsules beat tubs and shakers for hotel gyms, quick breaks, or light supp kits.

How to Use

Pop 1 capsule 20-30 minutes pre-workout with a full glass of water. That gives it time to absorb before your blood starts pumping from exercise—when S7™ really shines. No stims, so no half-dose start for tolerance, but try one as labeled to see how it hits. It's a capsule, so just swallow with water, don't take dry. Fine on empty stomach or light food, but heavy meals might slow it. Stack with citrulline, glycerol, creatine, electrolytes, or stim-free pre for max results. No stim cycling needed. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight, especially in gym bags or hot spots where heat and moisture can mess with capsules.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Swallow the capsule with water—nothing much happens right away, since no stims. Minutes 10-20: Still low-key, no sudden tingles or mood shift. Minutes 20-40: Hit the gym and as flow ramps, you'll feel easier pumps, better veins, and more muscle fullness from S7™. Minutes 40-90: It's about steady feel through the workout, not peaks and drops—great for long sessions. Days 1-7: Effects pop in training, especially body-part days where pumps stand out. Weeks 2-4: Stick with it, and you get consistent NO support and reliable workouts, like the longer S7™ studies show with steady levels and less oxidative stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Alpha Lion Gains Candy S7 actually do?

Gains Candy S7 is a stim-free pump-support capsule built around 50mg S7™ and 25mg AstraGin®. S7™ is designed to increase endogenous nitric oxide availability by reducing oxidative breakdown of NO, which supports vasodilation, circulation, vascularity, and the training pump.

Is 50mg of S7™ enough to work?

Yes—50mg is the key point of this product because it matches the clinical dose used in the available S7™ research. The manufacturer-backed pilot study reporting a 230% increase in circulating nitric oxide used a single 50mg dose.

Does Gains Candy S7 contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Despite a metadata conflict flag, the actual formula profile here is stim-free and centers on S7™ and AstraGin® only. There is no meaningful caffeine dose listed in the verified active formula.

Can I stack Gains Candy S7 with my regular pre-workout?

Yes, and that is one of its best use cases. Because it does not add stimulant load, it stacks especially well with citrulline-based pre-workouts, glycerol formulas, creatine, or even coffee if you want to build a more customized pump setup.

How soon before training should I take it?

Take 1 capsule about 20-30 minutes before training with water. This gives the capsule time to break down and absorb before your workout starts, when increased blood flow makes the formula’s intended effects easier to notice.

Will I feel this like a normal pre-workout?

No, not in the same way. There is no stimulant rush, no mood spike, and no tingling; what you are looking for is improved vascularity, easier pumps, and a fuller training feel once your working sets start.

What is AstraGin® doing in this formula?

AstraGin® is an absorption-support ingredient made from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng. It has preclinical data showing increased nutrient transporter expression in the gut, which is why it is often used in stackable formulas that are taken with amino acids, creatine, or pump ingredients.

Is this a full standalone pump formula?

Not really. It is better understood as a targeted pump-support add-on capsule, because it lacks the gram-dosed citrulline, nitrates, or glycerol commonly found in full standalone pump pre-workouts.

Do I need to cycle Gains Candy S7?

Cycling is not generally necessary because there are no stimulants to build tolerance to. In fact, the longer-term S7™ data suggests that consistent daily use is a reasonable strategy if you want more stable nitric oxide support over time.

Who is this product best for?

It is best for pump-focused lifters, evening trainees, stimulant-sensitive users, and people who like stacking. If you want blood-flow support in a capsule without taking another full pre-workout scoop, this formula fits that role well.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Unexpectedly emotional and packed with action!
Format: Kindle
Why do I suddenly want nothing more than a tiny wyvern to snuggle with?! It’s adorable and I absolutely love all of those moments! Wings of Stars was everything I’ve come expect from this powerful author duo. The fact that it’s written by two different people is completely transparent to the reader and they’ve brought us another world and characters that we’re all emotionally connected to and fully invested in! The injustice that we see from Alfemir in the many forms in which it comes is infuriating and makes me desperate for the conclusion of the story so they can all get what’s coming to them! I love all the guys right now, with one exception, and if you’re read it, you know exactly who I’m talking about. Bastian is hilarious - he was the comedic relief through an otherwise quite serious story. My heart bleeds for him and I can’t wait to see how he progresses through the series. Parts of Wings of Stars were unexpectedly emotional and of course I was left with my jaw on the floor at that cliffhanger! Next, please!
