Note: These bags are cheaper because they do not have injection ports. These are the bags we use, because injection ports are not needed. We inject straight through the plastic and cover the hole with heavy duty scotch tape. Scotch tape is sterile off the roll due to the process it undergoes to lay the adhesive. Do not use micropore tape or a breathable tape, because it is not needed. How to inoculate a substrate bag without using an injection port:
