Per la cuvée si utilizzano per l'80% vini provenienti dai cru storici e per il 20% vini di riserva; la fermentazione avviene in acciaio e fusti di rovere, a cui segue un affinamento di oltre 40 mesi. Elegantemente fruttato e floreale, è ideale per accompagnare una cena a base di pesce e crostacei.
