This is a 5 week online program, with new modules each week designed to give you the skills, confidence, and guidance to hold meditation sessions and sacred space.

This is a 5-week online program, with new modules each week designed to give you the skills, confidence, and guidance to hold meditation sessions and sacred space.

What you’ll learn:
• How to guide a meditation session
• Nervous system regulation techniques
• Structuring classes or 1:1 sessions
• Holding safe, grounded space
• Hypnosis & subconscious basics

At the end of the training, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion. Each session is recorded, so you won’t miss a thing if you can’t attend live.

• A comprehensive training manual
• Recorded meditations, hypnosis, and tips on starting your own meditation group
• Guidance and insights from my years of meditation practice
