CHOOSE YOUR PERFORMANCE LEVEL:
The PPE High-Performance Silicone Engine Mounts are available in four application-specific durometers, allowing you to match mount stiffness to your driving style and vehicle use:
- Blue (40A) – Smooth Street: Maximum vibration damping and ride comfort for daily-driven street trucks.
- Green (50A) – OEM Firmness: Replicates factory firmness; ideal for occasional towing and light off-road use without sacrificing ride quality.
- Yellow (60A) – Street/Performance: Balanced option for hybrid use, combining improved drivetrain control with street-friendly comfort.
- Red (70A) – Race/Competition: Maximum stiffness and engine control for drag strip, sled pull, and high-performance builds.
Duramax engines produce significant torque, especially under towing and heavy-load conditions, which can accelerate wear and loosen factory engine mounts.
