- Dimensions: 20cm diameter
- Easy to use - simply fill a frying pan with 5cm of water and let it simmer; add food to each tier of your Pruchef Bamboo Steamer and close the lid; then lastly place the bamboo steamer on the pan with simmering water and cook your food for 20 minutes or as desired
- Hand wash only - wash with soap and warm water and leave the steam cooker to air dry completely. Do not place in microwave, dishwasher or oven.
- The upper level and lower levels designed for 2 different types of vegetables - for instance, the top tier should be used to cook lighter weight vegetables like broccoli, asparagus and zucchini. The lower tier is designed to cook the heaviest vegetables like potatoes and carrots. This way the heavier products get more heat than the ligher products for a more even cooking outcome
