How to Use the Suehiro Whetstone:
- Soak the whetstone in water for about 5 minutes.
- Once soaked, remove it from the water and place it on a level surface.
- Rub the included Nagura stone against the surface of the whetstone to create a sharpening paste.
- Keep the whetstone damp while you run your tools over it approximately 10 times.
- After sharpening, wipe the tool surface with jojoba oil to prevent oxidation and rust.
