I interpret the first power to mean that you can use this name when you want to bring something new to life: like a project, relationship, or anything else. You could use it to start a new career. A new magical working. When creating a servitor. Also, if something is losing energy and is dying, you can use this name to breathe new life into it. So if you are working on a long-term project, like a novel for example, and you've lost inspiration and motivation you could use this name to get out of the rut and revitalize your enthusiasm. Likewise, you could use it to take the steam out of anything that has gone on too long and you want to bring it to a quick end.
