Remove from packaging. DEFROST: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator until fully defrosted. MICROWAVE: place 1 frozen breast fillet on a non metallic plate and cover with microwave cling film.

- For best results heat from frozen. Remove from packaging.
- DEFROST: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator until fully defrosted.
- MICROWAVE: place 1 frozen breast fillet on a non-metallic plate and cover with microwave cling film. Heat on full power for 2 minutes, remove film and turn product over. Re-cover and heat for a further 1 minute.
- OVEN HEAT: Place frozen product on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200 C, Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes. Turning halfway through cooking. Cooking times may vary.
- Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18 C or colder.
- Do not refreeze once defrosted

Footbed very soft and cushiony

It was so comfortable even though it was a half size too small so i was able to exchange for a larger size. I originally ordered a size 9 and exchanged for a 9.5. I haven’t received the 9.5 yet but I am sure I am going to love them. They are so cute and go with everything.

I wanted to love these....

I really wanted to love these, and I *almost* did. They are comfortable and cute. But they are a little wide across the mid-foot so they were a little sloppy on my feet. The platform is quite high, and while at 5'3" I appreciated the extra height, between that and being too wide, I felt they were an accident waiting to happen. If they were slightly more narrow and a little lower, I would have been in love, but I had to return them. They seem true to size except for the extra width.
