Rack of Rib Eye on the bone $95 per kg 

Weighing approximately 2.5kg to 3.5kg, the rack of Rib Eye is from grass fed and finished Black Angus cattle raised on our farm.  

The cut is packaged in cryovac.  Please advise at check out if you would like the cut to be packaged into packs of individual Rib Eyes on the bone, or packs of Scotch Fillet, as this can be arranged.

Delivery 

Estimated delivery dates in the week of 23 June (sold out), 1 September and 6 October 2026.  Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date.  Wait lists are available for sold out orders, please contact us directly if you would like to be added to a list.

Please note that the weight of the cut will depend on the beast, and the payment of $180 is a deposit only, and an invoice will be sent once the final weight is confirmed.
