Be kind to our organic ingredient pencil and swivel up the minimum amount of product needed during application. Recap tightly to avoid drying. Try a dab of Phyto Pigments Illuminating Primer on lid for a glow boost and the eye liner will hold perfectly. Does not require sharpening.
