Its flat base promotes maximum contact with the heating source and its design allows heat to be evenly distributed across the surface to eliminate hot and cold spots in your food! Pair this food pan with Cambro 30HPD drain shelf to keep battered and crisp foods out of grease run-off to maintain food texture and flavor.
