34" UTILITY SINK WITH EXTENSION AND STEEL STAND

THIS PIECE IS MADE TO ORDER AND WILL SHIP WITHIN A 8-10 WEEK TIME FRAME FROM THE DATE ORDERED.

 

Outside Dimensions- 34" (left to right) x 24" (front to back) x 10.5" (height)

Sink Bowl Type- Utility 

Sink bowl Size- 30" x 17" x 10"

Sink Bowl Placement- 2" from the front, left and right sides, 5" from the back side

Drain- 3.5" centered left to right favoring the back side

This stand is made with a 2" square powder coated steel with one upper support and one steel tubing shelf.  All powder coated steel stands will have a 4" toe kick height (bottom of shelf support to floor) unless specified otherwise.  All powder coated steel stands will be powder coated satin black unless specified otherwise (Note: matte black and glossy black is another option without additional charge).  There are 6500 different powder coat color options that can be seen on a website called prismaticpowders.com.  Any powder coat color option that is not matte, satin, or glossy black will have additional cost. 

IMPORTANT- There are 3 additional options other than what's in the drop down menu that will need to be put in the notes section on the order page or in a separate email such as:

1.  Total Height?- We offer 3 total height requests but these can absolutely be modified.  34", 35" or 36".

2.  Toe Kick Height?-  We call the measurement from the bottom of the shelf to the floor as a general term a toe kick (though there's no actual kick board in this style).  The most common request is a 4" high toe kick on a steel stand.  If not specified we will make the base with a 4" toe kick.

3. Powder Coat Color?- matte, satin, or glossy black?  If a different powder coat color is being requested please, as always feel free to call us anytime.


CONCRETE COLOR NOTE: Concrete colors in listings may be custom colors or discontinued colors, please rely on the color information below for our current color pallet.

COLOR PALETTE (please refer to tile picture in the listing):

1.  RAW GRAY- Gray mix color (two tone), no mineral pigment added, light to medium gray with plenty of variation and darker edges

2.  MEDIUM GRAY- Gray mix color (two tone), plenty of variation with darker edges

3.  CARBON- Gray mix color (two tone) it's a darker than medium gray, plenty of variation with darker edges.  Our most popular gray mix color!

4.  CHARCOAL- Gray mix color (two tone), that is a dark gray, plenty of variation with slightly darker edges

5. PENNSYLVANIA GRAY- Gray mix color (two tone), a lighter soft gray, plenty of variation and much darker edges than the flat surfaces of the piece.

6.  FOG- White mix color (slight two tone), and our lightest gray.

7.  COOL GRAY- White mix color (slight two tone), one of our most popular white mix colors!  Cool toned medium to light gray.

8.  SMOKE- White mix color (slight two tone), a darker gray with cool tones

9.  LINEN WHITE- White mix colorwith very slight variation, mostly single tone, not a pure white but pretty white.

10.  SUGAR COOKIE- White mix color (slight two tone), our lightest tan.

11.  KHAKI- White mix color (slight two tone), medium tan

12.  GRANOLA-  White mix color (slight two tone), deeper tan, rich color.

13.  HONEY CREAM-  White mix color (slight two tone), a lighter burnt orange color with a creamy feel.

14.  AMBER WAVES-  White mix color (slight two tone), picture a tone of tan, peach, rose all combined into one, that's Amber Waves.

15.  LIGHT CHESTNUT-  White mix color (slight two tone), a soft purplish hue.

16.  DUSK ROSE-  White mix color (slight two tone), a light pinkish, medium blush.

What do you do, when your only viable financial prospects are to move to even more remote, cold, dark and desolate land where you are part of a corporate mining operation dredging sands for valuable resources, living onsite in a company owned dormitory? Beaton recalls all this in her memoir of her post-university time, where she was faced with this decision to either live and work the oil sands, or face a life of financial bondage trying to pay back student loans, a decision we see many of her own countrymen face as their only viable means to survive. If you are familiar with Beaton's comic strip work, you'll see familiar reference to the genesis of it here, but Ducks is a far more serious graphic novel. Both engaging and often times bleak, Ducks gives a wonderful window into the reality of Canada's oil industry, and the humanity of the people, who are nothing more than cogs in a machine, that run it.

What is NOT to love about Lynda Barry?

I’ve been reading Lynda Barry since the 80s and am currently at work on a graphic novel, that I’m writing and illustrating. This book delves into the connections of words and images, how to conjure and connect, especially with the whole creative vibe. She works with young people and the pipeline to that cerebral communication is appreciated and thought provoking as well, as my work will be geared to a younger audience. This is for anyone who interested in the process of sequential art, creating comics, characters, connecting with creative elements, it’s also a visually stunning book (again, the nerd in me, loved all the cross-references with the visual and other, using calligraphic and other historic, formal art elements along with the more personal character, visual creations and exercises. Thought-provoking and image inducing, indeed!

If you enjoy laughing, having fun with your friends and family, and doing cool stuff, you will love Lynda Barry's Making Comics. This is a thoughtful and complete recap of her live class at the University of Wisconsin, includes much of her substantial thought and philosophy on the role of image making in human evolution, and is full of her (and her students') amazing artwork; but it's also full of excessively FUN drawing exercises that are wonderful for sucky drawers as well as professional artists. We dig this book so bad!!! Best gift I've given myself in a million years!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I had a little bit forgotten how much I! Love! Lynda! Barry!!!!! So if you wish you could go move to Wisconsin and take her class like I do, instead just save the planet the extra greenhouse gases and get this book instead and do the class at your kitchen table with your friends!!! Maybe also order it from your local groovy independent bookstore so you can stick it to the man!!!
