Der Brewista Artisan Gooseneck Variable Kettle ist der Standard-Wasserkocher für Pour-Over-Setups: präziser Schwanenhals-Auslauf, gradgenau einstellbare Temperatur 40–100 °C, LCD-Anzeige und Warmhalte-Funktion — bei 1 L Volumen perfekt für 2–3 Tassen pro Aufguss.

Der Schwanenhals-Auslauf ist schmal genug, um den Wasserstrahl präzise auf den Mahlguts-Mittelpunkt zu setzen — die Voraussetzung für gleichmäßige Extraktion bei Hario V60, Origami Dripper, Kalita Wave oder Chemex. Die variable Temperatur-Kontrolle (40–100 °C in 1-°C-Schritten) lässt dich die optimale Brüh-Temperatur für jede Bohne wählen — 90–94 °C für mittlere Röstungen, 85–88 °C für helle Single Origins.

Das LCD-Display zeigt Soll- und Ist-Temperatur in Echtzeit. As far as the quality, there is no shedding, no smell, and no discoloration. We have put over 4,000 miles on the car since I put these in, and I have no complaints to register.
