7g Citrulline, 350mg Caffeine, DMHA Intensity, Fully Disclosed

Alpha Lion Super Human Extreme is a fully open-label high-stim pre-workout that's all about making your workout feel fired up, focused, and productive from the get-go to the end. It's not just for pumps or light nootropics—it's got heavy stims plus solid endurance and blood flow support, which is what makes it stand out from those basic energy mixes.

The energy kicks off with 275mg caffeine anhydrous for that quick hit, teamed with 100mg Infinergy di-caffeine malate. Infinergy gives about 73% caffeine, landing the total at 350mg while spreading it out—fast start, longer sustain. Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors to boost alertness, cut how tired you feel, and ramp up drive. The malate in Infinergy slows it down for a smoother ride. Then there's 350mg L-theanine—a solid dose in the 100-400mg sweet spot—to make the stims feel clean. Theanine boosts alpha waves and tames caffeine's rough spots, so you're locked in, not jittery.

For the extreme edge, 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane and 75mg N-methyl tyramine HCl add more kick through catecholamines. DMHA is under the usual 150-200mg, but at 100mg with 350mg caffeine, you'll feel it—bigger drive, better mood, tougher pain threshold in the gym. Real talk: solid human studies on DMHA are thin, so it's for experienced folks.

Performance-wise, 7,000mg L-citrulline malate is a beast of a dose. Citrulline boosts arginine better than taking arginine straight,

Key Highlights

  • 7,000mg L-Citrulline Malate — that's a hefty dose for real pumps and better blood flow. Citrulline turns into arginine more effectively than arginine itself, cranking nitric oxide so your muscles get more blood, oxygen, and fuel during sets.
  • 350mg Total Caffeine From Dual Sources — 275mg anhydrous for that instant energy, plus 100mg Infinergy di-caffeine malate for a steadier flow. It hits quick but doesn't crash like single-source stuff.
  • 100mg Infinergy — this branded di-caffeine malate buffers the energy, making it last longer. Smart add in high-stim pre's to avoid that mid-workout dip.
  • 100mg 2-Aminoisoheptane — this puts the 'Extreme' in the name. DMHA layers on extra stim beyond caffeine, ramping up urgency, alertness, and aggression for vets who need more punch.
  • 75mg N-Methyl Tyramine HCl — supports catecholamines to sharpen mood and drive. With caffeine and DMHA, it locks in that motivated, go-mode vibe high-stim fans love.
  • 3,500mg Beta-Alanine — spot-on clinical dose to build muscle carnosine over time. Carnosine fights acid buildup, so you push harder reps before the burn hits.
  • 2,000mg Betaine Anhydrous — solid for power, hydration, and stamina. A bit under the usual 2.5g research mark, but still adds real value under the stims.
  • 1,000mg Taurine — good dose for cell balance, brain support, and heart health. In gym terms, it rounds out the formula, especially with all the stims.

Who Is This For?

  • High-stim vets handling 300mg+ caffeine. 350mg total plus DMHA, N-methyl tyramine for strong CNS hit over mild energy.
  • Bodybuilders in hypertrophy needing aggression and pumps. 7g citrulline malate, 750mg Nitrosigine, 100mg S7 for flow, stims for volume intensity.
  • Early AM trainers needing quick mental boost. Anhydrous for fast start, Infinergy for session-long window.
  • Strength folks with accessory volume. 3.5g beta-alanine, 2g betaine for repeats and capacity beyond just wired.
  • No-fan-of-jitters crowd wanting smooth intensity. 350mg theanine turns high-stims controlled and focused.
  • Intermediate-advanced label readers. Fully disclosed doses match research, no mystery blends.

How to Use

New to it or under 250-300mg caffeine tolerance? Half scoop first. Full's 350mg caffeine plus DMHA, N-methyl tyramine—test smart. Sweet spot: 20-30 minutes pre, peaking with big sets.

Shake in 10-16oz cold water. More water eases taste, less amps flavor. Empty stomach speeds intensity; light meal softens if stim-sensitive.

No stacking with other stims or caffeine hits. Good with creatine, electrolytes, intra carbs for volume. Cycle for tolerance. Store sealed, cool, dry—clumping's normal in active powders.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: early stim lift, often beta-alanine tingles. Empty stomach? Quick and bold.

10-20 minutes: caffeine builds, DMHA/N-methyl tyramine add urgency, mood, focus. Session feels locked.

20-40 minutes: peak—full energy, sharp focus, pumps from citrulline malate, Nitrosigine, S7 for fuller muscles.

40-90 minutes: holds steady thanks to dual caffeine, eases off gradual.

Days 1-7: instant stims and pumps, beta-alanine loading. Weeks 2-4: carnosine up, sets resist burn better.

Key Ingredients

  • L-Citrulline Malate — Clinical pump dose for fuller, better-performing workouts
  • Betaine Anhydrous — Supports power output and cellular hydration
  • L-Taurine — Hydration and muscular support inside a high-stim formula
  • S7™ — Botanical nitric oxide support that helps preserve pumps

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Alpha Lion Super Human Extreme?

A full serving provides 350mg total caffeine. That comes from 275mg caffeine anhydrous plus 100mg Infinergy® di-caffeine malate, which typically yields about 73% caffeine while also helping extend the energy curve.

Is Super Human Extreme stronger than a standard pre-workout?

Yes. Beyond the 350mg total caffeine, it includes 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane and 75mg N-methyl tyramine, giving it a much more aggressive central stimulant profile than standard caffeine-only pre-workouts.

Is the formula fully disclosed?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends in this formula. Every active ingredient and every dose is printed on the label, which is especially important in the high-stim category where many brands hide stimulant amounts inside proprietary matrices.

Will I feel the beta-alanine in this product?

Most users will. At 3,500mg beta-alanine, tingling or prickling sensations called paresthesia are common, especially if you take it on a relatively empty stomach. That sensation is expected and is not the same thing as an allergy.

Is 750mg Nitrosigine® a clinical dose?

The best-studied clinical dose for Nitrosigine® is 1,500mg, so 750mg is below the full clinical target. That said, it still adds useful nitric oxide support when combined with 7g citrulline malate and 100mg S7™.

How does the pump support compare to pump-only pre-workouts?

For a high-stim formula, the pump support is solid: 7g citrulline malate, 750mg Nitrosigine®, and 100mg S7™ create a legitimate blood-flow stack. A dedicated stim-free pump product may still out-muscle it on pure vasodilation, but this formula performs well for its category.

Should beginners use a full scoop?

No. Beginners should not start with a full scoop, and many should avoid this formula entirely. The combination of 350mg caffeine, DMHA, and N-methyl tyramine is intended for experienced stimulant users only.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the best ways to improve the formula. Super Human Extreme does not include creatine, so adding 3-5g creatine monohydrate daily complements the beta-alanine and betaine by supporting phosphocreatine replenishment and high-intensity output.

How long before training should I take it?

Most users do best taking it 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That timing usually allows the caffeine system and stimulant complex to peak closer to your first major working sets, especially if taken without a large meal.

Can I use this for evening workouts?

For most people, no. With 350mg total caffeine plus additional stimulants, this formula can easily interfere with sleep if taken late in the day, and poor sleep will eventually erase the performance benefit.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.

Madison Deserved Better
Format: Kindle
Madison was a beta...except she wasn't any longer. She was a late presenting Omega. And she was struggling. She was tall and thin, not tiny and curvy. She was opinionated. She was everything an Omega was not. After suffering through her first heat, her friends took her to Ardor, a club where Omegas came to safely find Alphas. She's not expecting much but then she connects with a sexy beta. And when she meets his Alphas, they set her body on fire. Maybe, she's found her no-strings-attached heat pack. Maybe, she's found something more. I could not connect with the characters in this book, so their story never resonated with me. And there was no love story; there was sex. Grey made it clear from the beginning that he had a true love and it was his beta boy, Rian. He went so far as to reassure Rian “Say the word, I’ll never touch her again. Lucas can put the babies in her. I only need you, beta boy”. So, Madison was there for babies, no emotions needed. Nice. No, thank you. I want the Omega to be the center of their world, not an incubator. Lucas and Rian weren't any better. After her heat, they let her leave. Not one of them made her feel valued. No one gave her a reason to stay or even offered a cuddle. And the sex didn't even come across as mind-blowing. Madison deserved better.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.

Pack's Promise was okay but not great
Format: Kindle
Pack's Promise was okay but not great. I won't recommend it to anyone that I know. PRO: * Very likable characters * Lots of steamy scenes that are written very well * The spelling and grammar are good * The punctuation is good with the exception of using hyphens instead of commas. Lots of hyphens. Lots and lots of hyphens. CON: * Almost no interactions with any characters outside of Madison and the pack * Nearly no plot. They meet, get together for a heat, agree to make it permanent, done * Quite a few typos such as extraneous words, missing words and words out of order THINGS TO KNOW: * More steamy scenes than storytelling * A lot of MM & MMM, some MFMM during heat
