Color giallo paglierino nel calice. Il naso è improntato su una buona parte fruttata, in particolare pera, che incontra note di miele e bacelli di vaniglia. Ottimo bilanciamento generale. In bocca è equilibrato, com bella acidità e mineralità. Lunga persistenza.Lo Chablis Montmains proviene dal premier cru che Moreau Naudet ha sul fianco opposto della valle di Valvan rispetto a Les Vaillons, caraterizzato da un suolo in bleu d’argille, argilla blu, caratterizzata da un’alta presenza gessosa. Da questa zona e questo tipo di terreno provengono degli chablis molto tipici, didattici ed il Moreau Naudet ne è la conferma. Le viti hanno 70 anni e la parcella è di 0,65 ettari. Poche bottiglie ma tanta gioia per chi lo beve.
Ottimo con crostacei e pesce in generale, anche dai forti sapori e dove spezie e salse sono protagoniste.

I have them in black and white. I use them everyday in all shoes. These are very versatile and a great quality material. They take a looong time to wear and they stay in place. Very washable and good material. They are not too thick and they do not shrink. I do air dry mine. They do not hold smells even in the summer heat.
