The specificities of each knife

Chef's knife - 200g: Made for cutting meat and fish, cutting herbs, peeling vegetables, cutting fruit

Small Santoku Knife - 191g: Made for cutting pieces of meat, chopping different spices, fruits and vegetables

Paring knife  - 86g: Made for cutting sausage slices, slicing herbs, hollowing out fruits and vegetables
  • Blade material: Stainless steel 5CR15Mov
  • Handle material: Pakkawood or Epoxy resin
  • Steel hardness: 54 ±2 HRC

Laser engraving is a sublimation technique that we use on Tanaka knives only.
