Clear-label cut support for focus, fat burn, and a drier look

Alchemy Labs Inhibit is a pill-form fat burner that tackles weight loss from a few smart angles instead of just slamming you with stimulants. It mixes metabolism boosters, brain support for dieting, better nutrient use, and a bit of water control, all with a clear label showing every dose. That's huge in a market full of shady blends and mystery burners.

The main players show what this stuff's about. You've got 500mg CLA for long-term fat management. It's common in cutters because studies link it to fat cell changes, but 500mg is lower than the big multi-gram doses in research. It fits the vibe, but it's not the star here.

Then 500mg L-Tyrosine steps up for real dieting feels. It's the building block for dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine – those chemicals that keep you going under stress. When calories drop, your focus can tank, and studies use way higher doses like 100-150mg per kg for stress. So 500mg is on the light side, but it's still smart for easing that tired-brain feeling in a cut, especially with the other energy ingredients.

350mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl helps shuttle fat for energy and shines for brain perks too – that's why it's in nootropics and diet aids. Not a huge dose, but it nails the metabolism-meets-mental-clarity angle.

Alchemy Inhibit by Alchemy Labs contains 500mg CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg L-Tyrosine helps keep your mind sharp during diets by feeding into dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine production. That's key when calories are low and stress ramps up, because staying focused often beats out raw willpower.
  • 350mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl brings both fat-burning and brain-boosting vibes. We picked the acetyl version because it supports energy use while helping you think clearer than straight carnitine would.
  • 250mg Forskolin from Coleus forskohlii adds real fat-loss power instead of just hype. It ties into cAMP, which is a key player in energy control and breaking down fat.
  • 200mg Green Tea Extract with 98% polyphenols gives antioxidant and heat-up support. This makes Inhibit feel like a complete cutter, not some basic stim pill.
  • 200mg Dandelion Root Extract 10:1 helps you look leaner by cutting the bloat. If you're after that tight, non-puffy vibe – especially on salty days or in a show prep – this is what you'll notice.
  • 500mg CLA adds steady body-comp help in a space where lots of products skip it. The dose is modest compared to big research amounts, but it backs up the fat-loss goal.
  • 50mg Alpha-Lipoic Acid throws in antioxidant and sugar-handling support. It fits a cutter that's about overall fat management, not just a quick buzz.
  • Full label with no hidden blends means you see every ingredient and dose. In fat burners, that's a big win – lets you judge it straight up.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters in a deficit where the real battle is staying sharp, steady, and on top of meals. L-tyrosine, acetyl-L-carnitine, green tea, and forskolin focus on sticking with it and clean fat loss over shaky stim highs.
  • Physique folks leaning out who want less water and a travel-easy pill. Dandelion root helps that dry look, while the rest makes the cut smoother on mind and metabolism.
  • Working pros dropping fat without stim bombs that kill sleep or crash you out. Inhibit goes for light burn support and mental toughness over total overload, fitting work-plus-gym life.
  • Guys or gals after a layered fat helper beyond caffeine dumps. CLA, acetyl-L-carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid, green tea, and forskolin build a solid stack for support.
  • Cardio fans doing steps, walks, circuits, or steady stuff in a cut. Not a pre swap, but it boosts energy use and cut tolerance for better sessions.
  • Gym rats on stim-heavy pre who skip extra caffeine stacks. Inhibit's mild green-tea vibe fits without overdoing it.

How to Use

Go with 4 capsules for the full daily hit. If you're new to cutters, got a touchy gut, or unsure on green tea or forskolin, start at 2 caps for a bit before ramping up. Take 20-30 minutes before workouts, cardio, or your usual dip in hunger/focus – that lines up with L-tyrosine and acetyl-L-carnitine's brain boost in diet stress. Empty stomach can make it hit clearer, but herb-sensitive folks might want a light bite to avoid nausea. Caffeine isn't listed, but green tea adds some, so ease in when mixing with coffee or heavy pre. No need for hard cycling like big stims, but check in if you're on multiple buzz products. Pairs great with creatine, protein, and pre since it's cut support, not a workout swap. Keep it cool and dry, bottle shut tight for fresh caps.

What to Expect

In the first 15-30 minutes, don't expect a huge stim blast – this isn't a caffeine monster. You might feel a light mental lift, especially before fasted cardio, lifting, or a tough work chunk in a deficit. Over a few days, dandelion root often shows up first with less bloat and a drier look. Week one, it's mostly about better habits: steadier hunger, clearer head, easier plan-sticking. By weeks 2-4, steady use shines as sticking with it builds up, and the body-comp angle gets time to work. CLA and alpha-lipoic acid aren't quick hits – they're for the long haul. This is about feeling a tad better now and handling cuts smoother over time, not instant fire.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of fat burner is Alchemy Labs Inhibit?

Inhibit is a capsule-based, multi-pathway body-composition formula rather than a pure stimulant thermogenic. It combines CLA, L-tyrosine, acetyl-L-carnitine HCl, forskolin, dandelion root extract, green tea extract, and alpha-lipoic acid to support dieting from the metabolic, cognitive, and visual-dryness sides.

How much caffeine is in Alchemy Labs Inhibit?

The label confirms green tea extract at 200mg standardized to 98% polyphenols, but total caffeine is not disclosed. That means it should not automatically be treated like a high-stim burner, but stimulant-sensitive users should still be cautious when stacking it with coffee or pre-workout.

Is the L-tyrosine dose in Inhibit clinically dosed?

Not by acute stress-study standards. Research on L-tyrosine for preserving cognitive function under stress typically uses roughly 100-150mg per kg bodyweight, so 500mg is below that range, but it is still a rational supportive inclusion for dieting-related focus.

What does the dandelion root do in this formula?

Dandelion root extract is primarily included for water-balance support. In practical terms, many users value it because it can help create a tighter, less puffy appearance during a cut, which is different from actual fat loss but still highly relevant to physique goals.

Is the forskolin in Inhibit fully assessable?

Only partially. The label lists 250mg Coleus forskohlii root extract, but it does not disclose the percentage of active forskolin, so it is impossible to compare directly to better-studied standardized forskolin protocols.

Should I take Inhibit before training or at another time?

Most users will do best taking the full 4-capsule serving 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or the part of the day when focus and appetite control tend to slide. Earlier in the day is generally smarter than late evening because green tea extract may contribute to stimulation.

Can I stack Inhibit with a pre-workout?

Yes, and that is one of its strengths. Inhibit is not built as a pre-workout replacement, so it can pair well with creatine or a performance pre-workout, but because total caffeine is not listed, start conservatively if your pre-workout already hits hard.

How long should I use Inhibit before judging results?

Give it at least 2-4 weeks of consistent use. Dandelion may create a faster visual difference, but ingredients like CLA and alpha-lipoic acid are longer-game supports, and the biggest benefit of the formula is often better adherence during a calorie deficit.

Is Inhibit transparent, or does it use a proprietary blend?

It is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and dose is listed, which is a major plus in a category where many fat burners still hide behind proprietary blends.

Who is Inhibit not a good fit for?

It is not ideal for pregnant or nursing women, minors, users with medication-sensitive cardiovascular or thyroid issues, or anyone wanting a heavily clinically dosed, high-stim fat burner. It is also a poor fit if you expect every ingredient to match top-end published doses, because several here are more supportive than maximal.

Our dogs love these bones.
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: X-Large
ALWAYS SUPERVISE A DOG WHEN THEY ARE CHEWING OR EATING. It doesn't matter what it is, they can choke on anything, we have had multiple instances where we have had to intervene to prevent or stop choking. I also was going to give this a 5 star review, but after reading the other reviews I didn't. The pet product industry really needs to educate the consumer more about pets and what type would do best with their product. Either way, I think my experience might be helpful to some and we are pretty happy with these bones because the dogs are. Here's the short version of my recommendations: I do not recommend Nylabones for dogs that are teething If an adult dog is chewing non-stop, Kongs with treats or peanut butter are great to help break up the chewing time. Even if they won't chew the Kong, they'll definitely stop whatever they are doing and lick out all of the peanut butter, which is actually calming and tiring for dogs. It might be worth trying a much larger size bone if you have a smaller dog. I never had small dogs until now, but the large bone seems to tire our 20 pound dogs out quicker than the smaller bones ever did, and their little jaws seem to handle it just fine. All of our dogs are gnawing with their back teeth at an angle on the white nyla part, as though they are rubbing their teeth against it to clean and sharpen them. The other type of chewing would use more of the front teeth and pull, like they're cleaning meat off of a bone, which isn't the right kind of chewer for Nylabones. Ours only occasionally chew them like that, so I know they are eating some pieces but it doesn't seem to affect their health since it's pretty limited and small (like a crumb). Here's my experience with these bones: We got our first Nylabone's for small breed puppies about a 18 months ago (not this product but same brand), and the puppies did try swallowing big chunks, so this type of bone was not great for them yet. However, our old large breed dog decided he wanted to chew on the small puppy bones too, so I got him the large one of this bone because it's huge with four points, and more his size. It could be a challenge for dogs who don't use their paws like hands, but ours seem to figure it out comfortable ways to chew on it. The old dog absolutely loved it, and had no big chunk issues. He very quickly figured out not to chew the red part because it is a totally different plastic than the white part (which is whatever "Nyla" is). My understanding from the package is that the white part is somewhat digestible, or safely passes through in very small pieces. I specifically remember that being why I decided to try these. Our big dog used to choke on raw hides when he was younger, so we had to stop all chewing things (which just meant more treats and walks so he was happy!), but now that he is older he is really enjoying this bone. Our old dog did wear one down to the nubs after about 3-6 months, and continued chewing on it occasionally (less often since there is less there to chew, and I knew I was supposed to toss it but he loved it so much). So I just got him a new one, but he still carries around the old one to show it off when we come in the door. He's chewing the new one now, so he seems to understand that the old one is 'done', and I haven't felt the need to take it away for safety reasons. The funny part is that the small dogs (now 2 yr old) actually chew on his large bone too, it's pretty comical given the size difference. I got them the extra-small versions and they haven't shown much interest in those. I decided to also get one for our new 'store' dog who is about 1.5 yrs old and a lab/boxer mix and lives at the store full time. It was to help him transition away from his neurotic tail biting and rope bone that is falling apart from his prior home (where he was EXTREMELY bored and was getting into everything). He has enjoyed the Nylabone for about 2 weeks. I don't think it's worn down too much yet, but he's definitely going to wear his out faster (maybe 2+ months?) than our other three dogs combined, but his teeth are also sharper and he chews more, so that's fair. So far, no pieces or chunks from the Nylabone. He also hasn't had a problem leaving the red part alone and he's learning how to use his paws more because of the shape of this thing. He still uses it when he's bored, but we've started increasing his training practice, so hopefully he'll be past the chewing phase by 2 yr old, and he has stopped getting into anything (like trash or 'stuff left out' that dogs manage to get into). He's also a huge and a very active dog, so having regular customers and activity help tire him out more than any bone can. Best of luck!

variety of texture and focal points, lab approved
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: X-Large
My labs dont try to destroy stuff. They just like to gnaw on something once in awhile. This has lasted a very long time. Has the typical dents and other gnaw marks, but has otherwise withstood the test of time. The different texture (very firm but with mild "give") and spots to focus on has made this a favorite go-to toy when the need to gnaw comes about. We often do bully sticks and yak chews for the majority of their chewing needs, but the nylon style also seems to hit the spot.
