John Peet has been a Christian since the age of 13. Following his university studies in chemistry, he taught at secondary and higher-education levels. An active member of his church, he has served as a youth leader and an elder, with particular responsibility for missionary care. His Christian ministry has taken him around the world and he has written several books and papers on creation, chronology, archaeology and biblical studies. John lives in Surrey with his wife, Ruth. They are blessed with four children and twelve grandchildren.
