The MA Lighting MA4023581 Grandma3 OnPC 8Port Node DIN-Rail 4k is the perfect solution for you! The nodes fulfill two different tasks: They convert Ethernet data to DMX and they can add parameters to your grandMA3 onPC system.

The optimized DIN-Rail housing allows you an easy and timesaving mounting in your installation rack. A big advantage: you can power the node completely via PoE (Power over Ethernet). So, you do not need any additional power cabling!

The grandMA3 onPC 8Port Node DIN-Rail 4k offers you eight DMX outputs as 3pin PCB connectors, and it enables 4 096 parameters directly - the maximum for your grandMA3 onPC system!

A few more facts? All grandMA3 onPC xPort Nodes can handle MA-Net3, MA-Net2, sACN and Art-Net data. They are fully RDM compliant and have a 3.9" color display on the front for easy configuration and status overview.

The configuration of your nodes can be easily done via the grandMA3 onPC software. And do not forget - the grandMA3 onPC software offers the same features as the larger consoles. So, you get a small, compact and affordable control system without compromising on features for your show!

I usually don’t write reviews but this product really worked for me. Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works! I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient. In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore. Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

Best text about an essential therapeutic method
Group therapy is, in my opinion, a criminally neglected and underrated tool in the toolset of psychotherapy and medicine. Group reveals our attachment style and communication patterns with a clarity, efficiency, and force that no other form of psychological intervention can match -- every person on the planet should spend some time in a group dealing with his or her mental and/or emotional issues. The world would be a better place. Irv Yalom probably knows more about group than any other person, and this guidebook is essential to anybody wanting to understand the form. Yalom explains group thoroughly, in an understandable but frequently profound manner. The main drawback is that the book may even be overly comprehensive, and its length is likely to intimidate non-professionals, which is a shame because the benefits of group need wider dissemination.

Yalom's Group Therapy "Bible" continues to be the gold standard in group work.
I have used Yalom's Group Therapy book since my doctoral training in the early 90's. His work is timeless and it is clear he is an individual who understands the heart and the soul of our work. I created and facilitate a 18 - 20 week Relationship Academy which is part didactic and part experiential. It is amazing to see the group dynamics play out as expected based on Yalom's work. I will often read from this text in the morning, so that my mind is prepared for the day. It often changes my perspective and opens my eyes to considering different interpretations of behavior and it encourages me to silence myself and allow the "process" to work.
