Rosso granato chiaro al calice. Lingresso al naso è aperto da frutta scura matura, cui seguono importanti sentori terziari di pepe nero, sottobosco, spezie e anice stellato. Al palato svela potenti tannini, che comunque dimostrano di essere ben integrati nella struttura. Buona la persistenza.Ottenuto da uve nebbiolo vinificate in purezza seguendo le norme enologiche della tradizione, il Barolo del Comune di Monforte d'Alba DOCG di Cascina Sòt è successivamente lasciato maturare in botti di rovere francese, di piccole e medie dimensioni. Classico e molto espressivo del territorio di appartenenza, si svela essere intenso, pieno e avvolgente, sia al naso che al palato, dimostrandosi un buonissimo Barolo.
Richiede in abbinamento formaggi stagionati o preparazioni a base di carne rossa o selvaggina. Da provare con la groviera.

Great choice to save space

Pretty cheap but surprisingly solid

This thing comfortably fits my 16” MacBook Pro. It does tilt a bit probably due to me screwing it to the underside of my wooden desk which probably isn’t the exact use for it, but it holds really strong and isn’t going anywhere. Combining this with a small USB-C hub for some USB As and and extra HDMI and a little bit of Velcro, this holder makes for a pretty solid option to hide you laptop away if you a surprisingly clean desktop-like experience, even if you’re on a budget and can’t afford a desktop. A proper thunderbolt docking station would go a long way with this as well.
