Mega Magnesium Energy combines enhanced absorption
Meta Mag®, essential B Vitamins, Minerals & Rhodiola.
It works to:

- Support energy levels.
- Support healthy thyroid hormones with iodine,
zinc and selenium.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults
of selenium from dietary supplements

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50mg
Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 50mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 38mg
Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 38mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn®-Zinc diglycinate) 50mg
Equiv. Zinc 10mg
Potassium iodide 98 micrograms
Equiv. Iodine 75 micrograms
Selenomethionine 125 micrograms
Equiv. Selenium 50 micrograms

Directions

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (ADULTS):
Take 1 scoop (7g) in 200mL of water twice daily.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional. If symptoms
persist consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin and
mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
